Stella Manor is a 55-acre regenerative farm located in Bell Township, Pennsylvania. We are focused on raising calm, healthy Black Angus cattle while rebuilding soil health and producing food we’re proud to feed our own family.

Founded by Cody Deluisio, Stella Manor started as a response to industrial agriculture’s shortcuts. Here, we take the long road. We raise our animals by hand, restore our pastures through rotational grazing, and reject the use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides.

What We Do

Stella Manor specializes in breeding and raising Black Angus cattle with calm temperaments and strong maternal instincts. Every calf is bottle-raised and halter-trained with daily attention. We handle our animals regularly and respectfully, starting from the day they arrive.

Our land is managed for long-term resilience:

• Rotational grazing and living mulch systems
• Medicinal pasture planting using species like chicory, yarrow, sainfoin, and plantain
• Organic inputs only, with a focus on soil regeneration
• Water-sensitive planning to protect runoff

We believe that animal welfare starts in the pasture and that soil health is the foundation of a better food system.
